adrenaline hormone is released by adrenal hormone and noradrenaline is released from adrenal medulla ........both are released in small amounts in blood .......almost both of them work for same function.......i.e to increasing the heart rate, increasing blood pressure, expanding the air passages of the lungs, enlarging the pupil in the eye.....hope it helps
