THERE is no doubt that India is a developed country and is one of biggest growing country and a very distinguished country by its high GDP growth rate but there are still some places where there is no electricity, hospitals and education mainly in north-eastern state like Manipur, Nagaland and Mizoram there are many places on those state very nothing has changed over a thousand years and the main reason is there civilization don't have a rich culture and they also have not evolved any major skills on there own as our ancestors did during early ages like THE INDUS VALLEY CIVILIZATION or any big or small civilization so that any king or dynasty would get attracted to them and may provide them help and rule there during early ages even British's were not attracted to them and also the main reason and point of concern is that they wanted to live lonely ob there own and they also don't except any outsiders so governments could also not do any thing because if we try to help them or try to talk to them they will try to kill us
My maternal uncle has given me this information he is in army and he does service near that area
and a very famous example is the Island in Bay of bengal the Sentinel Island
