By PHP [ Pigeon Hole principle ], if you take out any 3 socks, you'll get the desired pair..
Reasoning :-->
1st Sock --> Green
2nd Sock --> Pink
3rd Sock --> If Pink, you'll get a pink pair or If green, a Green pair
