Read through all chapters and make your own summaries. Since your exam is tomorrow, just tell the summaries of each lessons to yourself out loud. ( I do that an hour before my English exams and its helpful!)
Next, check out previous years' question papers and practice them!
Ask your friends for some last minute tips and important points you've missed.
While writing the exam tomorrow, make the answers precise and specific. Don't write too long answers. If the question is to write an essay of a page and a half, write that much and don't exceed the limit. To get marks in essays, write up to the word limit and include as much points as you can! Give a good introduction, explanation and conclusion to your essays.
