Yeah Brainly team had formed a new rank named NINJA MODERATORS which would help moderators to mentor and do moderation.

Both brainly star and brainly benafactor can become a ninja mod. A brianly star becomes ninja star only if he/she promises to do 1000 moderation per day. So, those who wish to become a moderator can make use of this golden opportunity since many of the bs and bb's target is to achieve mod rank. Ninja moderators are expected to do 1000 moderation per month so that if they do their job well they may become permanent moderators.

According to me, Leader brainly star and benafactors choose the person who is capable of giving content quality answers and Moreover after checking and verifying the behaviour of the user only they promote him/her as BS or BB. So, Maximum the bb's and bs are trustable users who will never violate the rules of brianly. This clearly states that ninja moderators won't misuse their golden opportunity.

This rank is permanent .



Ninja Moderators are the moderators who are recruited as Moderators for a time period to help reduce the reported stuff and deal with users. As brainly is a popular site, there are quite a lot of reported stuff which few Moderators can't reduce, so active people are recruited ad Ninja's to help with Moderations.
