for unblocking any user You have to go to website of Brainly i.e Brainly.in On Google or Chrome .

there will be an option of unblock .

To unblock any user on brainly , open your account on the brainly website at Google, then search the person's id there, his/her profile page will open, there will be two options: send invitation and send message. Click on send message a page will appear and unblock option will be shown, just click on it.
