It is possible to grow two different types of mangoes on two different branches of a single tree.

it can be possible by modern science technique of transferring of genus.

Also, A person in India named Ravi Marshetwar , a engineer , has grown 51 types of Mango on a tree. He visited many villages hearing the suicide cases , as his father was a farmer, he tried to help others by a unique plan of growing 51 types of mangoes on a tree.
