brass and copper vessel are basic in nature .and curd and sour is acidic in nature if we kept curd and sour in brass and copper vessels they react with each other and produce salt and water . the curd and sour are becomes salty and their smell is becomes bad . IS THIS MY ANSWER IS RIGHT
