Given,

length = 145m

breadth=  \frac{3}{4} x(x=length of the rectangular)

To find,

Perimeter of a rectangular

Solution ,

First, we need to find out the formula of the perimeter of a rectangle which is:

2 × (l +b) = perimeter of a rectangle

First we need to find the breadth of the rectangle

\frac{3}{4}×145 = 108.75m

Now we need to substitute the values into the formula

2×( 145+ 108.75) = perimeter of a rectangle

which equals to

2×(253.75)= perimeter of a rectangle

507.5m = perimeter of a rectangle

Hence the perimeter of the rectangle is 507.5m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

the length of a rectangular field id 3/4s of its length

Length is 145m

To find -

Breadth of the rectangle

= Breadth is three fourths of its length i.e 145 m

Therefore ,

3/4 of 145

3/4 × 145

=108 3/4 ( Mixed fraction )

Now

Perimeter of rectangle 2×( l+b )

P = 2 × 108 3/4

217.5m ( the answer will come as fractions so convert it into decimal )

Therefore the perimeter of the rectangular field will be 217.5m
