0.4*b=560

b=560/0.4

b=1400

the area of the rectangle is 5 60 CM square

the length of the rectangle is 0.4 = 4×10=40cm

area of rectangle = l.b

560=40×b

=> b = 560/40

=> b= 14 cm

so the breadth of rectangle is 14 cm
