Hello friend!
Here's ur answer!
Breaking of a tumbler is a physical change as after it breaks, no new substance is formed. It still has the properties of glass but it is broken into pieces.
Burning of a paper is a chemical change as after it burns it turns to ash and has no properties of paper.
