Answer:

The air we breathe out contains a large amount of water vapour or "steam". When this water vapour touches a cold surface such as a mirror, It changes from its gaseous state to its liquid state, a process known as condensation. Condensation is the process which results in the formation of clouds too! Thus, the mirror becomes cloudy and some tiny droplets are seen.

the air inside our mouth is hot and the mirror is cold so the water vapour that we release from our mouth when got in contact with cold mirror it turns into tiny droplets

Explanation:

proper language - On blowing air from the mouth on the mirror, the mirror becomes moist. The air blown from mouth is hot and the mirror is cold. The hot air that we breathe out contains water vapors which turn into tiny droplets of water when it comes in contact with the colder mirror.
