Breathing :
It is the process in which oxygen is inhaled in the lungs by nose or mouth due to contractions of muscles and then exhaled Carbon dioxide by the relaxation of muscles.
whereas
Gaseous transport :
When oxygen diffuse from alveoli, then it goes into the bloodstream and transported to cells. Then there reaction occurs in the cell and Carbon dioxide is released by these reactions. Then this carbon dioxide goes back to lungs and then exhaled by the nose.
