laissez faire leadership style is one where the manager makes the broad objectives of the business known to the employees but then the employees are left to make their own decisions and their own task whereas... an autocratic leadership style is one where the manager expects to be in charge of the business and for the employees to take orders

Let me help you in handling this.
I concur with you that laissez fare is the opposite of the autocratic style of leadership. Laissez fare is a form of leadership that the leader or the jurisdiction does not suppress its electorate and every individual has got freedom and responsible over himself and the endeavors that he partakes in, while aristocratic is a form of leadership where the jurisdiction is very strict and suppresses its electorate with harsh and tough rules that must be followed.
