Given :  Steps made by brenda to find score to be made in next game

To find : Mistake done by her

Solution:

Brenda had bowling scores of 92, 110, 85, 78, and 96

Expected  mean, or average, bowling score of 96

Step 1: Find the total points needed to score in six games

96 * 6  = 576    ( CORRECT)

Step 2: Find the total points scored: 92 + 110 + 85 + 78 = 365 ( MISTAKE)

She added only 4 Games score not 5 .  She missed 96

the total points scored: 92 + 110 + 85 + 78 + 96 = 461

Step 3: Subtract the total points scored from the total points needed

576 - 461    =  115

Step 4:  Brenda needs to score 115 in her next game

Brenda made a mistake in 2nd Step
