Answer

First, we should find that, how much money does Brian get's at first while it's divided between him and Paul.

According to the question,

\sf \dashrightarrow 1 : 4 = 7800

\sf \dashrightarrow 1x + 4x = 7800

\sf \dashrightarrow 5x = 7800

\sf \dashrightarrow x = \dfrac{7800}{5}

\sf \dashrightarrow x = 1560

Now, we can find the total money given to Brian.

Total money given to Brian :

\sf \dashrightarrow 1x = 1(1560)

\sf \dashrightarrow Rs.1560

Now, we can find the money given to his wife and his sons.

\sf \dashrightarrow 1 : 6 : 3 = 1560

\sf \dashrightarrow 1x + 6x + 3x = 1560

\sf \dashrightarrow 10x = 1560

\sf \dashrightarrow x = \dfrac{1560}{10}

\sf \dashrightarrow x = 156

Total money given to himself :

\sf \dashrightarrow 1x = 1(156)

\sf \dashrightarrow Rs.156

Money given to his wife :

\sf \dashrightarrow 6x = 6(156)

\sf \dashrightarrow Rs.936

Money given to his son :

\sf \dashrightarrow 3x = 3(156)

\sf \dashrightarrow Rs.468

Now, we can find the answer of this question, i.e, more money given to wife that son.

More money given to wife than son :

\sf \dashrightarrow 936 - 468

\sf \dashrightarrow Rs.468

Hence, his wife is given with ₹468 more than his kids.
