Answer:

brief note on forest law...

in the forest law of 1878...the forest were divided into three parts...

  • the reserved forest
  • the protected forest
  • the village forest

the reserved forest...

in reserved forest the activities like grazing and hunting of animals etc. are generally banned unless the permission is granted for a particular reason...

the protected forest...

in the protected forest mostly all these activities are allowed unless banned specially with the permission...

the villagers forest...

the villagers are not allowed in the protected and reserved forest...(they have to pay tax for the permission of the reserved forest)...but the village forest are allowed for the villagers they can do anything there...

Impacts...

  1. villagers...
  • cutting of wood is illegal...
  • grazing of animals is illegal...
  • collecting fruits and vegetables is illegeal...
  • hunting is illegal...

2. shifting cultivators...

  • shifting cultivation is illegal...

3. forest dwellers...

  • hunting is illegal...

4. pastoralists and nomadic community...

  • hunting is illegal...

and only the village forest was given to them by which all the villagers use this forest...village forest was built in very small area by which the people's need of fruit vegetables and animals were not completed...

sorryyy...to take much time...
