Ozymandias is consider to be the most arrogant,rude, and cruel king. He was known for his fame and fortune. He considered himself as the mighty king and though no one could defeat him.but time had devastating effect on him and ruined his power and position . His broken statue symbolises the power of time. Time can wipe out all things including the most precious and even can wipe out great arts.
