A Graphical User Interphase allows a user to interact with an electronic device which may be a computer or any other device.
- A GUI Interface displays objects that convey information visually. GUI objects like buttons, icons and cursors are user-friendly controls that make interaction with the machine, effective and efficient.
- Windows is the most popularly used GUI Operating System. Another OS that is GUI enabled is MacOS.
- Windows Operating System was developed and published by the Microsoft Corporation in 1983.Since then a number of upgraded versions of Windows have been introduced. Each of the Windows versions has some basic feature and some additional features that were not present in the earlier versions.
- MacOS is the Operating System that was developed for Apple Macintosh computer, by Apple Inc. The MacOS works only on Apple desktops and laptops. Even Apple iPhones and iPads use a different OS, called as iOS.
