▶️Sling psychrometer's purpose is to hold a wet bulb thermometer and a dry bulb thermometer.
▶️When it is swung in the air it evaporates the moisture from the wet bulb thermometer and it reduces its temperature depending on the humidity.
▶️It is used to determine the physical and thermal properties of moist air by using standard charts.
➡️Construction:It is a device for measuring humidity It is created of two bulbs with thermometer, a wet bulb and a dry bulb and the bulbs are left exposed to the air to measure the temperature and the bulbs are covered with cloth wick and it is dipped in water until it is ready to use.
