First of all you have to wash the vegetables. Put Frying pan on oven. let it warm. Then put oil on your frying pan. let it warm. thereafter fry the vegetables with adding salt and turmeric powder.
Fry for 10mins. Next, add some water. Keep a lid on it. let it boil for 15min. last of all, Keep some oil on the pan. Put masala. make masala fried. add that vegetables with it. Keep it on oven with it's lid again for 5min. finally it's ready to serve.
This is the basic cooking of bangali curry what I know. Based on dish the processing can be varied.
