at first the the green pigment called chlorophyll present in the leaves of the green plants capture the sunlight which is use for the process of photosynthesis in preparing food. the small pores called stomata present on the surface of the leaves take in the carbon dioxide and the root take in the the water and minerals to prepare the food. all the materials reach to the leaf and start being prepare. after the process oxygen is released and the food called carbohydrate get converts into starch.
