Causes are bias , poor listening and speaking and mode of communication.

• The specific act of properly conveying accurate information from one place, person, or organization to another is direct communication.
• However, certain causes of miscommunication are -

1. Bias - It brain's predisposition to view uncertainty as an offset and also a key source of miscommunication.

2. Poor listening - Many miscommunications happen as the the receiver is unable to focus.

3. Poor speaking - Similarly, poor speaking abilities are frequently reason for miscommunication. Sometimes people speak in such a jumbled manner making it difficult to understand.

4. Communication Mode - Another cause is the communication mode. Methods  like email or calling as to which are better causes confusion.
