• Hectic work schedule: We get so busy with our office work that we are hardly left with any time and energy for effective communication which hampers our relationship

• Social media: Getting too engrossed in social media is also responsible for ruining relationships as individuals hardly communicate with family and friends

• Boredom: After a while, relationships get boring and thus effective communication is also hampered.
