HeyMateHereIsYourAnswer!!

a) Valency: The no. of electrons present in an atom at the outermost shell is called it's Valency.

b) Atomic size: The atomic radius of a chemical element is a measure of the size of its atoms, usually the mean or typical distance from the center of the nucleus to the boundary of the surrounding cloud of electrons.

c)*Mettalic : Refers to the level of reactivity of a metal.

*Nonmetallic: Relates to the tendency to accept electrons during chemical reactions.

Hope It Helps You!!

♥========= Your answer ========♥

☞VALENCY-
It is define as the combining capacity of a element to combine with the atom to form any molecule or chemical compounds
FOR Eg- The atomic number of Nitrogen is 7
Its electronic configuration is 2,5
So, here's K shell will contain 2 electrons
The L shell have a capacity to contain 8 atoms, but it have only 5 atom
so, the 3-atom can combine with the element in the L-shell, therefore 3 is its valency

☞ATOMIC SIZE-
The radius of a element from its nucleus to the outermost shell us called atomic size or atomic radius. The atomic radius increases along the group and decreases across the period

☞METTALIC CHARACTER-
It is the tedency of a element to lose any atom
.It increases along the group because the atomic size is increases and the nuclear charge decreases

☞NON-METTALIC CHARACTER-
It is the tedency of a element to lose a electron. It increases across the period because the nuclear charge and electronegativity increases
