Briefly explain about why do we fall ill?

When any disease causing pathogens like bacteria, viruses or protozoa attack an individual, the immune system of our body starts producing antibodies that fights with the pathogens to stop infection. But sometimes pathogens are more powerful than our body protective immune system and become successful to create infections in our body. That is how we fall ill. There are several reasons and stimulants that may cause diseases like pathogen infections, malnutrition, low immunity etc.
