The reasons for the Revolt of 1857 are :
1. The British bought many new policies and just tried to grab the kingdoms of the Indian Kings and they even disrespected the Kings and Nawabs that lead to hatred towards them .
2. As this was decided that on the day 31st May 1857 the Revolt would be started but by killing Mangal Pandey the Revolt started early.
