briefly explain GSR.

GSR stands for General Statutory Rules. These were the means by which legislation used to be made in United Kingdom between 1893 amd 1974. Prior to these, there were no consistent way of publishing regulations, notices, etc.

GSR it stands for great southern railways
It operates all the southern trains which run in the southern part of india. It was started in the year 1925 by Irish state.
