advantages:

they are the alternate uses for the non renewable resources they can be produced through biological chemical tidal geothermal and wind energy.

these are beneficial for environment and not harmful for the environment as these are made up of natural substances.

disadvantage:

some of these energy resources are extracted from land due to which the the soil becomes polluted.
