Remaider theorem states that , if a polynomial f(x) is divided by x-b , then the remainder is the value of f(x) , at x = b i.e., Remainder = f(b)

it states that if a is a factor of a polynomial p(x)
then p(a) will be zero i.e. if we divide p(x) by a the remainder will be zero.
for example
2x^2+x+1
lets take x+1 is a factor so x=-1 will satisfy this equation
then p(a) will be zero i.e. if we divide p(x) by a the remainder will be zero.
for example
2x^2+x+1
lets take x+1 is a factor so x=-1 will satisfy this equation
