What is stress ?
Stress have different meanings for each of us. The thing which can make one person stressed would be very fine for the other. It belongs from person to person and the lifestyle of the person. Stress can have many rapid changes in our body such as increase in breathing rate, sweating, tensed face etc.
The causes of the stress are -
● Family problems
One might be stressed due to the events occuring in the family either a good event or bad event. Any of the two can make a person stressed because of more and more thinking about it.
● Social problems
Our society serve as the best stress provider. Society imposes many demands on us and if not completed, we people start getting worried and stressed about it because of the later on things which our society would try to impose on us.
● Personality Stress
It's true that not all born perfect. Someone or the other has some mistake in him/her. But what we could do is to overcome that. For example, a chubby person would always be stressed about his looks since our society have some people who do body shaming which can cause stress upon a particular person.
● Work Stress
Not all things can be done by a single person at a particular time. He/she needs to look after family, job, childrens, and the outer world. But if not satisfied with the result then the person might go under stress.
● Study or Job Stress
Being a student or a working men/women, he/she is always stressed about his work or assignments. This can cause a deviation in the results which we already had.

Stress is something which involves sudden changes in the body which may be harmful for the body .

(i) Survival stress
➡ Survival stress is nothing but an increase in the release of the hormone adrenaline .
➡ Adrenaline is called the emergency hormone and this hormone is released whenever a person faces an emergency situation .
➡ If adrenaline is poured into the blood by the adrenaline gland , then it increases heart beat , increases conversion of glycogen to glucose.
➡ Survival stress is experienced by people in their daily lives .
(ii) Environmental stress
➡ Environment stress is the stress faced by a person suffering from the adverse effects of the environment .
➡ This is solely dependent on the surroundings of the environment .
➡ Noise pollution and visual pollution creates stimulus which causes stress in a person.
(iii) Fatigue or overwork
➡ Overwork has several bad impacts on our body.
➡ Overwork is bad for human health especially when the amount of work has crossed the resistance capacity of the person.
➡ People soon have heart problems like high blood pressure and other problems in doing overwork.
(iv) Internal stress
➡Internal stress is caused due to poor eating habits , poor nutrition , imagination , etc.
➡ Internal stress is basically the stressed caused due to our bad health.
➡ External stress is the stress caused due to external factors like :

⇒ Air pollution .
⇒ Irritation .
⇒ Visual pollution .
⇒ Human behaviour .
