  • Right to Equality is one of the six fundamental rights in the Indian constitution.

It include equality before law of prohibition of discrimination on group of race, gender, skin colour, caste, religion, and birth of place.

As per article no. 14 tell that it guarantees that all people shall be equal protect by the laws of India.

All people have right to do something and have the equal rights.
