Coordination is the synchronizing of the work of the team to achieve the target. These resources are used to achieve the objectives of the organisation. Coordination also minimizes the wastage of resources in the organisation.

Short Explanation :-

Coordination brings success to your aim. It is such an illegal weapon which is very easy to use but hard to maintain. May it be a cricket team or football team or your boys team, coordination is the best part of your group which will ensure the strength and lasting of your group.

Main points on coordination :-

  • There should a good bond between all the members of the team
  • The team mates should help each other and be a good guider
  • If any leader is elected as the head of the team. All should respect him and follow his orders.
