to be well means to have a good health. Good health doesn't only mean physical health. good health includes being healthy physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. To stay healthy in all these departments is called wellness. Wellness is very important for each and every person of the world as it ensures a happy living. If a person is not well then he/she will not be able to put in the hardwork required to achieve his/her goal which leads to sadness. So in simple words if a person is not healthy he/she cannot be happy with his/her life.
