Explanation:

If the conditions are suitable, the plant piece will begin to grow as a new plant independent of the parent, a process known as striking. A stem cutting produces new roots, and a root cutting produces new stems. Some plants can be grown from leaf pieces, called leaf cuttings, which produce both stems and roots.

Answer:

The steps are as followed:-

1.Cut the stem having bud on it.

2.Place the cut ends of the rose making sure the ends are in water.

3.Leave the cuttings in for a week or two or longer.

(I like to leave my cuttings in the water for even 1-3 months).

4.Now plant the cutter stem upon another cutter stem which is already planted in our garden.(Plant the plant carefully)

5.Tie the plant correctly.

6.After some weeks you will find the two stem together.

7.Then untie the cloth.

After some time you will observed the new buds, leaves and flower in our plant.

Hope it helps. ☺
