Nutrition refers to the process of obtaining or providing the body with the food necessary for growth. Health also refers to the state of being well or disease free. Nutritional status refers to the level of nutrients available in the body. The relationship between these three is that all of them work together. One cannot work interdependent of the other for instance, nutritional status enables one to live a healthy life and for one to live a healthy life he must eat nutritious food.
