Shearing-The process of removal of fleece from an animal is called Shearing.

Scouring-Scoring involves washing of sheep hair in tanks to remove grease,dust,and dirt from it.

Grading and Sorting-Grading is the breking up of the fleece based on overall quality of wool. In sorting, the wool is categoried on the basis of length,colour,texture and the ease in which they can be dried.

Dyeing and Drying-The fibres are then dyed in various colours and then dried using rollers.

Making of yarn-After drying,the coloured fibres are combed straightened and rolled into yarn...
