briefly explain two essential aims of education in 250 words

the 1st aim is knowledge. This is well said that " to know is to know what we don't know. If to know is to know what we already know, than it is no knowing. A person can never reach the limit of knowledge. One can never had complete knowledge, that simplifies that knowledge is like a ocean full of millions of water droplets. One can never empty it even by taking a bucket out of it daily. 
2nd aim is character building aim - Education is important to have a self character. One can have an amazing personality which is imp for future too. The purpose of education is to develop courage, strength, confidence and virtue.
