There are 3 measures or elements of Belgium model of accomodation:- Based on regional and cultural diversity.

1) Power is shared among government at centre and government at state government.

2) In Brussels, there is a seperate government in which both the communities have equal representation.

3)The constitution prescrobes that the number of Dutch and french speaking ministers shall be equal in the central government
