But this liberal initiative of nation building was repressed by the combined forces of the Monarchy and big landlords of Prussia. From then Prussia took the Initiative to unify Germany.

He carried out this with the help of the Prussian army and bureaucracy. He waged three war years. Unification of Germany was accompanied by 1871 CE. In January 1871 CE, the Prussian king , William-1 , was proclaimed German Emper in a ceremony held at Versailles.
