Given:-

Selling price of the jeans = ₹420

Loss%. = 4%

So, Cost price. = ₹420 + 4% of ₹420

4% of 420 =  \frac{4}{100} \times 420 = 16.8

So, the CP = ₹420 + 16.8

= ₹436.8

Now,

Cost price = ₹436.8

Required profit = 6% of 436.8

=  \frac{6}{100}  \times 436.8

= ₹26.208

So, required SP = ₹(436.8 + 26.208)

= ₹463.008 (Ans)
