In Belgium there govt used power sharing which lead to their good future and the both people lived happily but in Sri Lanka it is the opposite,the sinhala people hated the Tamil which increased gradually and lead to the civil war and bad future of Sri Lanka.
This two case show the importance of Power sharing.
