irony in the poem Ozymandias is the "nothing beside remains". Ozymandias was very powerful ruler. No ruler is that time with his stand against him. He was all high and mighty king. But now, his statue is present in broken pieces and has mixed with dust and sand.

• The irony in the poem Ozymandias is " nothing besides a man " ....
• Mean to say is that if a person is living and respect him but once he dead then no one cares for him respect and forgot that...
• As ozymandias was a powerful King when he was living , all the other Kings respect him , no one could speak him loudly ....
• But when he died all forgot his respect and his statue was also broken and mixed into dust ...
