1. The body of arthropods is segmented into head,thorax and abdomen but molluscs body is unsegmented.
2. Arthropods have jointed appendages , molluscs don't have jointed appendages.
3. Arthropods have chitinous exoskeleton,while molluscs have calcareous exoskeleton.
4. Most Arthropods undergo Ecdysis/Moulting but molluscs do not undergo ecdysis. Ecdysis is the phenomenon of shedding the chitinous exoskeleton at regular intervals by Arthropods.
5. Arthropods respire using gills, book gills, book lungs and tracheal system. Molluscs respire using Ctenidia.
6.Excretory structures in arthropods are Malphigian Tubules . Molluscs have Organ of Bojanus and Kebers Gland as excretory structures.
