Answer: The title of the story "The Happy Prince" mentions a prince who lead a happy life and had been a happy person. But after his death, he was put up on a pedestal, from where he could see the whole town. He saw the suffering of the people and how unfair the system was, he could do nothing but cry, which made the title ironic.
