Bring out the role of histone and non histone proteins in the nucleus.

The proteins other than histonecomes under non histone proteins.The function of non histone proteins vary from one to another. But the function of histone is to compress Dna around it in spiral manner and hence the Dna which is more larger than a cell is concentrated inside thenucleus.
