It is absolutely right that bringing nature to our everyday life benefits both our mental and physical health, in context of this poem, the poet was in regret which means he was mentally ill and mentally ill person can't be physically fit. He was sitting under a hemlock tree, suddenly a crow shook down on him a dust of snow which gave the poet a change of mood and changed some part of his day which he had rued.

Hence, the poet became mentally fresh and physically also....
