1)when power is shared it give chance to everyone to hold there demand and develop them so they are not consider backwards
2)power sharing reduce conflict between various social groups
3)it seems to be do what the majority says is easy but for long run of a government it can harm the unity of the people
4)power sharing bring peace to the country without any Kind of instability

Yes in my book power sharing make the country more powerful at the condition of the country becomes more hard as the the even local person can solve the problem by the help of the local government so the local person will be more happy so overall decentralizing the power makes happier to the population of the country so it this way the government is most powerful.
