India uses navy to enhance its international relations through joint exercise, port visit, and humanitarian missions including disaster relief.
Indian Air Force
It is the air arm of the armed forces. Fourth amongst the air force of the world. Its primary mission is to secure the Indian airspace and to conduct aerial welfare during armed conflict. It is established on 8 October 1932. The president of India is the supreme commander.
