If it helps mark me as brainliest.

Explanation:

Total distance = (50+10) m= 60 m

Total time = (20+10) = 30 s

Average speed

= Total distance/Total time

= 60/30 m/s

= 2 m/s

Now,

Total displacement= (50-10) m= 40 m

So, average velocity

= Total displacement/Total time

= 40/30

=4/3 m/s

Answer:

average speed = 2m/s

average velocity = 4/3m/s

Explanation:

average speed = total distance/total time

total distance = 50m+10m

Now,

average speed

= (50m+10m)/(20s+10s)

= 60m/30s = 2m/s.

again,

average velocity = displacement/total time

displacement = 50m - 10m = 40m

because, He walks 50m ahead and comes back 10m.

Now,

average velocity

= 40m/(20s+10s)

= 40m/30s = 4/3m/s.
